Meet The F.E.W.

Laurel writes romantic fantasy for readers who still believe that courage can outlast winter and love can change the fate of a kingdom. Inspired by Finland, Iceland, the Arctic Circle, majestic swans, wild forests, and her Christian faith, she creates worlds where wounded hearts heal, unlikely heroes rise, and true love always wins.

Her own journey with dyslexia taught her that a different mind can hold an extraordinary imagination. That belief lives quietly inside her stories and in the characters who discover that what makes them different may also be what makes them powerful.

When she is not writing, Laurel can often be found figure skating, tending her garden, playing her harp, or curling up with her favorite drink: peppermint hot cocoa topped with heart-shaped marshmallows while she dreams of snowy castles beneath the Northern Lights.
